My passion: Helping people and sharing my experience
At the Canada Revenue Agency, I have held various managerial and executive positions, including Chief of Staff to the Deputy Minister, Director of the National Collections Call Center, Director of the Canada Pension Plan & Employment Eligibility Division, Director of the Data Analysis and Solutions Division, Executive Director of the Government Programs Division and finally, Executive Director of the Debt Management Planning & Strategies Division before joining the School of Public Service in January 2015 as a senior faculty member of the Education Faculty, specialized in leadership.
In 1997 and 2004, I was selected and graduated from two Leadership Development Programs: the Middle Management Development Program and the Direxion Leadership Program.
