Mentoring & Informal Coaching
Coaching and mentoring are very powerful elements in personal and professional development. It is a process based on interviews, personal reflections and on a relationship of collaboration and trust. It is guided by objectives defined at the outset and aims to allow the client to develop his full potential, his know-how and his interpersonal skills to better adapt to his professional environment.
The coach offers benchmarks that can help the client to position himself. It is an accompanist of change that allows the person to take the necessary steps for his changes. Unlike a mentor, the coach normally refrains from stating solutions and accompanies the client to develop their own responses.
